Flinders Bay House
Nestled in Augusta where the Blackwood River meets the sea, Flinders Bay House is bright, breezy, and all things style. Upon entering, you’ll be met with an instant dose of relaxation, with its light-filled interior and high ceilings. Fresh white wood panelling, unique artworks, bespoke bric-a-brac, and endless blue is peppered throughout, exuding an ever-charming Hamptons aesthetic.
The luxury home is set over three levels and sleeps up to 12 people with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Its high elevation takes full advantage of the views with large windows and balconies looking out to the bay. The four-bedroom, four-ensuite bathroom modern farmhouse offers deliciously glorious views of mature olive groves from almost every window. Bright orange front doors welcome guests into the light-filled, stone-walled space fit with polished concrete floors, antiques, and art aplenty.

8 Paddocks
Nestled on 180 acres of bushland, pasture, and vineyard in Cowaramup’s Treeton Valley, 8 Paddocks was born from a vision to create space for people to unwind, reflect, and lose track of time.
The chalets were designed and built by owners Kristie and Shane, with every piece considered and purposed from Australian materials. Melbourne’s Concrete Republic is behind the outdoor concrete baths which offer guests a chance to disconnect, in an environment characterised by bird calls and the occasional moo from highland cows grazing in the paddock.
Smiths Beach Resort
Primely positioned within Leeuwin Naturaliste National Park, Smiths Beach Resort is another great place to stay in the South West.
Home to minimalist and stylish beach houses, villas and apartments, the floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside in, along with all the luxury amenities for a comfortable stay.

The tiny house holiday trend is taking social media by storm, and with it, the world. They’ve become a novelty accommodation option for holidaymakers eager to swap the crowds with an experience grounded in nature. With fresh air by day and stars by night, the miniature abodes provide a simple and eco-friendly countryside stay.
Heyscape Cabins are at the forefront of WA’s tiny cabin movement. They offer cosy, secluded tiny cabins, decked out with everything needed for an off-grid, digital detox, and nature experience.
